Re-engage Your Past Clients
Instructions:
- Log into your CRM
- Sort by past clients who you haven’t spoken to in 180 days [or less, depending on your database adjust to create a “manageable” list size].
- Start Texting [if no phone number, use email]
- Set a task in your CRM to check back in with each client you reach out to.
- The goal is to text 25 past clients.
