PROMOTING YOUR LISTING ON FACEBOOK (9:43)

 

Develop Ad Copy

  1. Headline: Opportunity & Hook (Lifecycle & Lifestyle Feature)

  2. Call to Action: clear, concise message 

  3. Embellishments: paint broad strokes (let the consumer visualize)

  4. Brevity is key

  5. Use white space in between Headline, CTA, and embellishments

  6. Emojis: use them sparingly and make them relevant to the messaging

Add Photos

  1. Make sure to use; professional, staged, high-resolution images

  2. Your “Money Shot” should have stopping power (Curb Appeal, Show Stoppers)

  3. Aerial photos have a BIG impact on stopping power

  4. 6-10 images ideally for engagement purposes

  5. Show multiple angles of Kitchens, Living Rooms, Unique Features, Outdoor Spaces

  6. Typically stay away from Beds and Baths - This creates demand and keeps the consumer wanting to see more (unless you have a gorgeous, luxury master suite)

  1. Add /magic at the end of any listing or blog

  2. Select Facebook Source 

  3. Select Facebook Registration

  4. Copy the Link > Go To Bitly.com > paste in the text box and copy the short link

  5.  Add to the end of the call to action

  1. Hit The Share Button

  1. Objective:  engagements

  2. No button

  3. Select special ad category: housing

  4. Set audience targeting

  5. Un-select automatic placements - Facebook ONLY
