This article will walk you through what this means to you as a Curaytor client.
Currently, LOFTY uses the same sending email (@chime.house) to send out all listing alerts, market snapshots, smart plan emails, etc. Because of this, the deliverability can be hit or miss.
To address this issue, Lofty is recommending that clients set up a unique 'Lofty Sending Email'.
What does this means for Curaytor Clients?
Because Curaytor already hosts your website domain you cannot use your exact Curaytor domain when creating your new "sending email" with Lofty.
❗ If you do it will cause your website & existing email to go down!
We recommend that you use a similar Lofty sending email domain.

For example instead of yourcuraytordomain.com, you could use yourcuraytordomain.net.

We recommend to just change the domain ending (extension) in order to keep brand consistency.
✅ Note that there are 2 options to set this up with LOFTY.
If you already own an alternative domain (ie. yourcuraytordomain.net)
- Follow the steps outlined in 🔗 THIS article.
- Then add DNS records to your domain host (ie. Go Daddy, etc.)
- As outlined in 🔗 THIS article.
The other option is to purchase that domain through LOFTY
