What is the difference between Accelerator and Marketer?
The Marketer Program focuses on branded marketing, producing content weekly in the form of blog posts, listing promotions, and emails marketing.
The Accelerator Program is true advertising geared toward running long term campaigns focusing on listings that generate high quality leads that are easier to convert.
I’m currently a Marketer client, should I switch to Marketer or keep both?
Marketer and Accelerator compliment each other very nicely. Marketer focuses on longer term branding with lead generation with blog posts and emails being promoted every single week. Accelerator focuses on advertising long-term campaigns and getting you the highest quality leads possible that make it easier to convert.
How much does Accelerator cost?
Accelerator has an ongoing monthly management fee of $999. ($930 billed directly by Curaytor, $70 billed directly by Chime)
Does the cost of Accelerator include ad spend?
Ad spend is not included in the monthly cost of Accelerator. You can expect a recommended ad spend of anywhere from $750-$2,250 depending on your team size and desired lead volume.
What does the management fee include?
With the management fee you will receive monthly performance reports in addition to campaign monitoring and updating to ensure the best results possible.
How do you define higher quality leads that are easier to convert?

- Billed directly by: Facebook
- Neighborhood Lead Ads focus on highlighting a specific area, price range, and/or home features. Leads are captured through a lead form created on Facebook. These ads are geared toward buyers and focus on the top of the funnel traffic.
Active Listings Lead Ad
- CRM Lead Source: CuraytorPropertyLeadAd
- CRM Tag: Active Listings
- Billed directly by: Facebook
- Active Listings Lead Ad displays your team's current listings in a carousel-style ad and also captures leads through a lead form created on Facebook. These ads are geared toward buyers and focus on the top of the funnel traffic.
Chime Dynamic Lead Ads
- CRM Lead Source: Chime Paid Lead
- CRM Tag: ChimePaid-FB
- Billed directly by: Chime
- Chime Dynamic Ads pull listings (not necessarily your own) directly from your MLS, in an effort to continue driving traffic back to your team's search page. The listings that appear in these ads change as the listings go on and off the market. These ads are geared toward buyers and focus on the top of the funnel traffic. 20% of the ad budget focuses on retargeting those that have already registered and are in your database. The homes that appear on these ads will match the criteria they previously searched for.
Adroll Farming & Retargeting Ads
- Unlike other channels, Adroll’s main objective is to focus on branding and brand awareness. Commonly know as display or banner ads, Adroll campaigns display across the web, increasing your brand recall and brand affinity. These ads are geared toward both buyers and sellers and focus on the top of the funnel (geographic targeting or "farming") and middle of the funnel (retargeting).

How often are campaigns updated?
The Active Listing ad is updated weekly to ensure your newest listings are being displayed on Facebook. The Neighborhood Lead ads each consist of 10 ad images and 5 headline variations to avoid ad fatigue. The services team consistently monitors performance and will make changes if necessary.
Who is being targeted? / What audience are you using?
These ads focus on targeting a combination of the top of the funnel audience as well as retargeting to your CRM, website traffic, FB traffic. More specially, the Neighborhood Lead Ads and Active Listing Ad target the top of the funnel, while the Chime Dynamic Ads and Adroll campaigns target both the top of the funnel and middle of the funnel.
Post Launch
I received a bill from Chime - what is this for?
You will receive a charge around the first of every month for the Dynamic Ads ad spend. You will also be charged for the AI assistant directly through Chime as well as any additional Chime CRM seats you may have.
I want to update/edit my Accelerator campaigns. What should I do?
The service team works on consistently monitoring and updating ads to ensure peak performance. Therefore we do not take specific requests to change copy or graphics, however, if you want to change the target location or price range we can accommodate that. Simply reach out to your CSM directly and they can facilitate the change.
How can I see the performance of the campaigns?
You will receive a monthly report that breaks down the performance of your campaigns. Your CSM will also receive this report monthly to review it with you should you have any questions.
