You may have noticed that this month's marketing plan is not here like it typically is on the 1st of the month... Continue reading to learn why!
Starting August 1st, the Monthly Marketing Plan will be private in our Help Center and will only be accessible through a secured login.
Why are we making this change now?
Through the years, we have created countless pieces of content to help you level up your marketing. As the industry evolves, more companies are providing free content online. Curaytor is focusing on exclusivity. As it becomes more challenging for Agents to differentiate themselves - to stand out from the crowd - Curaytor is taking extra precautions to lock down the Marketing Plan - providing exclusive access to Curaytor clients only. Through a secured login, only our valued clients will be able to see the Marketing Plan on an otherwise public help center.
How will this work?
On August 1st, Curaytor clients will receive an email with the subject line “You've been given access to content at help.curaytor.com”. Within that email, you will be given the opportunity to register in order to view August’s Marketing Plan. Once you register and create an account, you’ll have access to the August Marketing Plan and all marketing plans that follow.
Please note: Once these articles become private, articles on our public Help Center will not appear under categories or subcategories for users who are not logged in.
Frequently Asked Questions
I’m a Curaytor client but I did not receive the email to create an account. How can I access the Marketing Plan?
If you are a current Curaytor client and did not receive an email to create an account to access the Monthly Marketing Plan, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Curaytor domain and account owner and they will manually send you the email to register.
How can I view the Monthly Marketing Plan?
You need to log in to view the private marketing plan. You should have received an email when this content was first made private on August 1st, 2022. (The subject line of this email was: “You've been given access to content at help.curaytor.com”) If you did not receive this email to log in and access this content, please first check your spam folder. If it’s not there, then email email@example.com and they can resend the email to you. Once you create your account, you’ll be able to see the Monthly Marketing Plan.
How can I share Marketing Plan access with other members of my Team?
Team members should have received the email when you did, however if they did not please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the team member’s name and email address and we’ll associate them with your account and send them an email with the link to register.
Will I always have access to this content?
Once you log in, you will have access to all content that is private (and public) within the Help Center. Currently, just the Monthly Marketing Content will be private so you will only see it when you are logged in. All other content will be accessible regardless of whether you are logged in or not.
Will I have to log in each time I want to access the Marketing Plan?
After you register, you shouldn't have to log in each time you visit help.curaytor.com. This is similar to Facebook - once you’re logged in, you typically stay logged in. That does not mean to say that every now and then you may be logged out. At that time simply click "Sign In" on the top right corner.
I created an account but now I’m not seeing the Marketing Plan, where is it?
This likely means that you have been logged out of the Help Center. Click “Sign In” on the top right corner and you’ll be able to log in and view the exclusive content. You’ll know if you’re logged in if the option to sign out is available on the top right.
What happens if I get logged out and forget my password?
If you’ve already registered but forget your password, you will see the option to log in at the top right of the Help Center. Click “Sign In” and click “Forgot my Password” to reset your password. If this still does not work for you, please email email@example.com and they'll be able to reset the password for you.
