In just a few clicks, you can now generate a beautifully designed landing page for your listings in your Lofty IDX, to turn every listing into more listings.
👀 First, you'll need to be sure you are logged into your Curaytor account, before following the steps below.
Step 1: There are two ways to create your landing page. The first way is simply by typing /ai to the end of your Lofty listing.
The second way is by clicking "Get Started" in the email you'll receive from Curaytor once your listing is published.
Step 2: Select Coming Soon or Active
Step 3: AI will generate your landing page headline. You can make edits to the headline if you’d like. Select Next.
Step 4: Select Listing Image or Map
Step 5: If you're creating a Coming Soon landing page, choose the date that the listing is going live. Then, select Generate Landing Page.
Step 6: Say hello to your brand new landing page—just copy the shortened URL and share!
That's it—you now have a beautiful landing page to promote your listing.
💡 PRO TIP: If you run into issues as you're creating the report, please exit out of your Curaytor account. Clear your cookies/cache in your Chrome browser history. Log completely out of Chrome. Relaunch Chrome, then log back into your Curaytor account and try again.
👀 FAQ
When you create a "Coming Soon" landing page, the listing link and info is not included, by design.
The idea and strategy here is that the agent who is assigned to the "Coming Soon" lead follows up directly with the lead when their contact info comes into your primary CRM.
When you create an "Active" listing landing page, once the lead submits their details, the listing is presented to them on the final screen to select and view.
