🏡 Listing Studio Updates
As the spring market approaches, we’re excited to share improvements to the new social promotion flow in Listing Studio.
Here are the highlights:
Introducing Custom Instructions
Ever wish your listing promotion posts had a little more personality (without actually having to write them yourself)? Our new Custom Instructions feature gives you the power to do just that!
We built this feature to help you best express what makes you (or your listing) unique.
Here are a few use cases:

Sharpen the post’s focus on a specific feature

Translate your post to another language

Write in the style of a favorite author or format (a limerick for St. Patrick’s Day, Poe or Lovecraft-styled prose around Halloween)

Give Listing Studio more context around any custom images/videos you’ve uploaded

Include your brand voice guidelines to sound more like yourself in all your marketing
Update Copy on All Posts
Speaking of sounding like yourself across all your marketing content, we’ve made that easier too. If you want your Reel’s caption to mirror your Facebook and Instagram Feed Posts, just keep “Update Copy on All Posts” toggle switch on.
If you’ve established a different style or tone across platforms, just toggle this switch off. Then use Custom Instructions to further distinguish your posts!
Add Your Phone Number to Seller Reports
Whether you’re using your Seller Reports as a communication tool with your clients or a marketing tool to find your next one (we say: why not both?), we wanted to give your audiences one more way to raise their hands.
All you need to do to add your telephone number to your Seller Reports is update either/both phone fields in your Listing Studio settings.

We’ve broken out Instagram Hashtags into its own field for feed posts & Reels!

Listing Stage has been reintroduced to the Promote on Social [New Features] tab! You’ll now be able to easily create Coming Soon, Just Listed, Featured Home, Open House, and Price Reduction campaigns across the full lifespan of your listing.

Improved Search + Answer Engine Discovery
A consistent content strategy is a big part of Search and Answer Engine Optimization (SEO and AEO). That’s why we offer weekly content marketing plans AND Local Lens training sessions, to keep your sites active and relevant both to human and robot audiences alike. But there are also global settings that make a big impact.
A recent development in the world of rapidly-evolving world of AEO is LLMs.txt. In short, this is a file designed to help AI engines better, and more quickly, understand your site and its content. Our Product and Services Teams have collaborated to add LLMS.txt support and builds to your websites; you don’t need to do a thing! This will make it easier for LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to read your sites and surface them to readers in their answers and recommendations.

For those of you on what we call our “V2 Platform,” we’ve added a feature to help you access your live content even when you’re working on the back-end. Blog posts and pages now feature “View Live” options that will take you directly to the published version of your content.
