Where are my ads placed on the web?

Adroll campaigns cover about 99% of the web. It is possible to request an "Ad Placements by Campaign" report from Adroll. If this is something you would like please reach out to your CSM directly and they can request to the report from Adroll.

Who is being targeted? / What audience is being targeted?

There are two Adroll campaigns - one focusing on farming (think Magic Million) and the other focusing on retargeting (think Chunky Middle). The farming campaign targets specific locations/zip codes in your target market. The retargeting campaigns targets your CRM database and website traffic (both your Curaytor site and your Chime IDX site).

How often is my retargeting audience updated?

We will update you CRM database bi-annually. Leads that are added to the CRM after the audience has been created will automatically be part of the retargeting audience due to the fact that they were on your website.

Do I need to notify my CSM if I update URL slugs on my website relating to my campaigns?

Does my Adroll budget grow as my audience increases?

Your Adroll budget does not change as your audience size increases. Your budget is set when you launched based on the decision made with your CSM and Accelerator Creative Coordinator. You can increase your budget at any time.
