If you are experiencing issues with your Chime IDX feed, please use the Curaytor support chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the backend of your Curaytor platform to let us know so we can monitor & assist, along with the Chime Support Team. IDX feeds are all different and very complex with feed updates and schedules of feed updates. In order to minimize the time spent resolving the issue - we will need some additional information to pass along to the Chime Support Team, when submitting & escalating a resolution for a Chime IDX feed issue.
Please include all the following so that the Chime IDX Technical Team can best resolve your issue(s):
1. MLS number(s)
2. Address of property(s)
3. Issue - explained in detail
4. Real EstateBoard or MLS that the data for the listing in question pulls from
5. Date that you noticed the issue
6. Any supporting documents that you can provide to assist the team with research (MLS printout, Zillow link, realtor.com link)
